How to delete your Snico account
Access Account Settings: Open the app and navigate to your Account settings in Menu.
Select 'Delete My Account': Find the option to delete your account and select it.
Confirm Deletion: Follow the prompts to confirm your account deletion request.
Your account will be deactivated immediately and marked for deletion. It takes 30 days for us to process your account deletion request. Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation that your account and all associated data have been deleted.
Please note that this action is irreversible, and you will not be able to recover any data after deletion. In case you want to recover your account, you will have to log in and reactivate before it is permanently deleted.
When you request to delete your account, all your personal data associated with our app will be permanently removed. This includes all your:
Posts
Photos
Likes
Comments
Messages
Other Data: All other personal information linked to your account will also be permanently deleted.
However, some data may remain in backup systems for a limited time before being permanently deleted.
Additionally, we retain certain information for legal and operational purposes, which may include:
Messages: Private messages sent to other users may remain accessible to those users even after the account is deleted.
Legal Obligations: We may keep some data to comply with legal obligations or for security purposes, which means not all data may be fully deleted immediately.
